Fair and transparent pricing depending on size of home and type of inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone conversation about expectations and pricing. Then I send you a link to our web portal to sign some agreements and schedule the home inspection. Then we have the home inspection and after the report is issued we have a full comprehensive report review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a firefighter and safety director for over 20 years which really helps with building construction and looking for hazards during a home inspection. I'm licensed and certified by the state of NJ and InterNACHI.
