What a great experience. David was great. He was on time, and took a lot of time explaining everything that he was inspecting. he answered all the questions we had during the homeinspection and we had a lot of of them. after the report was issued he sat done with us for over 2 hours and did an amazing report review. The sewer line inspection was really interesting to watch and gave us piece of mind about buying the home.

The team was great very through and really made the inspection process a breeze. David answered all my questions both before during and after the homeinspection. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and transparent pricing depending on size of home and type of inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone conversation about expectations and pricing. Then I send you a link to our web portal to sign some agreements and schedule the home inspection. Then we have the home inspection and after the report is issued we have a full comprehensive report review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a firefighter and safety director for over 20 years which really helps with building construction and looking for hazards during a home inspection. I'm licensed and certified by the state of NJ and InterNACHI.
