I was really happy with this service they came on time when they said they were going to come and came in and started working - did a really good job was impressed with this service will be using this service again - House looks beautiful for my mom's arrival home from rehab. A++ clean - will be using them again

Adriana’s cleaning service is absolutely awful. Despite charging a premium price, the service provided is extremely subpar and does not meet even the most basic standards.

Thank you for your feedback, Noy. You’ve used our services multiple times without issue, but now you’re dissatisfied because the house wasn’t perfectly cleaned. Given the size of your four-level home with 20 windows, two bedrooms (plus a basement listed as a third bedroom), and 3.4 bathrooms, it’s important to note that the price we offered you did not fully reflect the effort involved. While we always strive for excellence, some minor details may have been missed on this occasion. However, these were not significant enough to justify refusing full payment, which you ultimately chose to do. The amount you felt the cleaning service was worth that day ($150) was also refunded to you.
