The cleaning itself was beyond anything I expected\. She didn’t just do a good job — she cleaned like I’ve never seen before\! She was incredibly thorough and paid attention to details that I didn’t even think to ask about\. She went above and beyond in every room and truly took the time to make everything look and feel completely refreshed\. It was obvious that she takes tremendous pride in her work\.
What impressed me most was that she didn’t treat this like just another cleaning appointment\. She understood that I needed some extra help at a difficult and stressful time, and she went the extra mile without me even having to ask\. That kindness meant so much to me\.
I walked back into my home and was honestly blown away by how clean everything was\. There is something so wonderful about having someone come into your home and not only do exactly what you hoped for, but exceed your expectations in every possible way\.
She was reliable, hardworking, incredibly thorough, and genuinely went above and beyond\. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about doing an exceptional job\. I am so grateful I found her and will absolutely be using her again\. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough\!
