So my experience with LUXE was very smooth and positive. Speaking with Asher and especially Michael (business owner), I felt heard and understood as far as my expectations. I had started the project with someone who had abandoned me in the work that we had started and LUXE was willing to help.
When discussing what I needed done and where I had left off, Michael was very accommodating and understanding with the game plan we had put together and the contract before moving forward.
Unfortunately, I never had an opportunity to see the work that LUXE can do because prior to starting the payments and the work, I had gone with a different and more personally known contractor who I had a history with but didn’t expect to be able to use. However I had a very pleasant experience coordinating with LUXE and would recommend dealing with them 100%, especially because of Michael.

We recently bought our first house and had a punchlist of renovating 2 bathrooms and a powder room, adding recessed lights and changing electrical, painting a few rooms and removing carpet from parts of the house and matching the new floors with the existing ones and restaining the entire house. We also had an almost impossible deadline of a month in which to get all of this done. Mike and his teams came in and tackled everything so that we could move in on time. Even with supply chain issues and delays he was always on top of things and worked with us to keep things moving. He also helped with picking things up from different stores because we could not. When we found some small niggling issues after we moved in he got his teams to come back and fix them. Overall very satisfied and definitely will be working with him in the future.

Excellent experience from start to completion. We renovated a master bathroom with Luxe and were so pleased that we hired them for additional (albeit smaller) projects updating our main floor bathroom and a powder room. Owner (Michael) is very communicative and professional. The crew that did the bulk of work was incredibly respectful, diligent, and — most inportantly — competent. They did outstanding work at a very competitive and fair price. We were able to stay within budget and if there were any modifications or adjustments needed along the way (there always are in any substantial reno project) we discussed and found solutions. Our bathroom is not large but the finished product maximizes the space and looks straight out of a home design show or magazine (see photos attached). Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend Luxe more highly!!

I recently did a complete kitchen remodeling project. Michael was great he was dedicated and committed to ensure a smooth experience throughout the entire process.
