Not sure if this is normal. The installer was friendly and on time. The post doesn't sit align with the step hence the wood filler that is left for me to sand it down. Same for the railing. Doesn't sit flushed against the wall. Not sure why the post could not go on the step like we agreed on from looking at their past work on ig. Was never announced beforehand.

Nake did a wonderful job. Our new front door railings are beautiful! He was professional, neat, reasonably priced and took pride in his work. We will definitely call him again for our back yard railings!
