- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I sell training in packages for only, however your first session will always be free. 30 min sessions 440 - 8 sessions 520 - 10 sessions 600 - 12 sessions 900 - 20 sessions (All packages must be used in a months time) 1 hr sessions 640 - 8 sessions 780 - 10 sessions 900 - 12 sessions 1360 - 20 sessions (All packages -with the exception of the last package - must be used in a months time. Last package must be used in 42 days) Also please ask about partner training prices if you would like to train alongside a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a free trial session where I go through my clients goals, a few basic assessments of health and fitness and a mini workout to get a small sampling of what a day of training may be like. I like to give my clients a rough estimate of the calories they should be eating in a day and hold them accountable in keeping progress and also keeping me up to date.
