Introduction
I'm here to help people feel good in their own skin. Whether your goals are to gain muscle mass, lose weight, become more mobile and have better posture, or just tone up - I am here for all of it. I know that most people are stuck sitting all day and most of us feel pretty uncomfortable in our body's. Let's fix that together! That being said I have 6 plus years training in my repertoire and specialize in strength training, HIIT training, and functional training. I have been working with Zee for months now. She is always on time for our sessions and prepared with her gears. Also i barely remember repeating exercises as she brings a lot of modulations and tweaks on her own, which actually keeps the sessions very interesting. Zee has a positive attitude and never let me give up. I feel stronger and more in love with myself after started working with Zee. I am confident that i will reach my health goals, thanks to Zee.... :)

Zee is the best personal trainer I've had! She has great passion and dedication for her job. She doesn't just tell me to do certain exercises unless she has done them herself. She is well versed in a wide variety of exercises. As a matter of fact, she is also in school for further educational training. Other traits that I really appreciate is that she is very personable. She is friendly, approachable and creates such a positive training environment. She is also very flexible with making appointments. Adding to that, she is very adaptive. Since everyone is different in their goals and body types, she tries to tailor the plan to fit the person. I love that she tries to incorporate exercises that I like to do such as kickboxing and hiit. Overall, I think she is really awesome. If you have goals of weight loss, strength training, or just keep healthy, she can definitely help you in reaching them. I definitely would recommend her!!

Zee is so awesome and passionate about exercise! She keeps the workouts creative and fun. Definitely pushes you to work hard.

Zee has a wonderful personality and is a very knowledgeable trainer. She has a unique skill for varying your workouts that helps keep things interesting and challenging while also increasing your total fitness level by incorporating the whole body instead of just splitting things up (though I’m sure she can provide a traditional split experience if that’s what you’re looking for). This will also show up in the mirror and provides you with a more youthful, stable, and agile body.

In the past couple of months I’ve learned so much from Zee on how to workout more efficiently. She also has great work ethics. Always on time and responds back to all my questions in a matter of min regardless of what time i text her. Working out with her I’m guarantee soreness the next day!
