- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyers agent there is no fee to represent you in the home purchase process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we first setup a consultation. The purpose of the consultation which can take place through video, phone, or in person is to get to know you and your needs. We talk about the home buying or selling process, what your looking to get out of it, and services I can provide to you to support your throughout the journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m proud to say my past training, education, and skills give me a leap over other real estate professionals. As a creative professional I also do photography, 3D tours, and videography. What does that mean to you? As a seller, you have a real estate agent who can market your home with out sourcing out to another professional for these services.
