- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We provide free estimates, and every project comes with a detailed breakdown so you know exactly what you’re paying for — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. Prices are based on labor, materials, and project complexity. We do offer package discounts for multi-service jobs (for example, roofing + masonry, or handyman + exterior repairs). Larger projects may qualify for additional savings, and returning customers often receive loyalty pricing. Any extra work outside the agreed scope is always discussed and approved before we move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and stress-free. First, we listen to what you need — whether it’s repairs, roofing, masonry, or general handyman work. Then we schedule a visit (or request photos) so we can fully understand the scope. After that, we provide a clear, written estimate with options when possible. Once approved, we set a start date, handle all materials, and keep you updated throughout the job. When the work is complete, we do a final walk-through to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings years (30 plus years) of hands-on experience and professional training in construction, roofing, masonry, and general building improvement. We’ve completed certified training programs in roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, shingle, and SBS), building safety, and structural repair. We also stay up to date with the latest industry standards, tools, and installation methods through ongoing workshops and manufacturer trainings. Every project is handled by skilled professionals who know how to get the job done safely, correctly, and up to code.
