- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing varies on pricing. Cheaper is not always a better options when it comes to roofing. Investing in quality materials and workmanship can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for frequent repairs. We do offer free chimney inspections after the job gets done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer initiates contact, and we respond promptly. The contractor provides a proposal, negotiates if needed, and formalizes the agreement with a contract. The project begins as per the agreed timeline and scope. The contractor maintains regular communication with the customer during the project. After the work is done, a final inspection may occur. The contractor sends invoices and seeks feedback from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Regarding my education and training related to roofing work, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, which has provided me with a strong foundation in structural and construction principles. In addition to my formal education, I have completed specialized training in roofing technologies as well.
