What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set to work with our customers. Knowing that we are satisfied with what we are given. We consider discounts for multiple booked events or long term contracts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can contact them by there preferred method, most preferred is face to face but I am open to all methods. I will go over the procedures wanted by the customer but also lay out our companies policies as well and from there we can go into details with the event needed to be secured and dates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am SORA certified. I also graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice/ Criminology, to add I’ve worked security for 6+ years.
