My old shut-off valves for the vanity were completely stuck, so I decided it was time to replace them. I contacted Zach late at night to discuss the job, and he provided me with an estimate before his visit. His quote was better than my previous plumber's, and Zach seemed more competent as well. Excellent company! They came out on the same day. Got the work done on the same day last minute. Very respectful. Very prompt very professional and the work was awesome. They are very straightforward. Yes, I can do the work or no. I can’t do the work and they said yes. We are so happy we didn’t think we were going to be able to do what they did but they made it happen. We are renovating our kitchen and we had pipes in our soffit, and we did not think that we could refit them where they would be flush so we can remove the soffit and Era plumbing made it happen. We are so excited and so happy. I will definitely use them again. If you were looking for someone to do plumbing piping or gas lines they are the Go two guys. They are awesome.

I had a great experience working with Era Plumbing. He showed up right on time and was very fair with his pricing. He was also incredibly responsive throughout the process. He was helping me hook up my grill to the gas line, and there were a few hiccups along the way since the grill was a bit unique - some of the orifices needed to be removed without replacements to make it compatible with natural gas. Once I figured that out, I reached out to him and he responded right away. He came back the very next morning at 9 a.m. without any hesitation and got everything working properly. It really felt like he was committed to doing the right thing and making sure the job was done right. I really appreciate the quality of his work and the professionalism he showed.
