I’m very happy to add another positive review for this contractor. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

He provided excellent value, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and was extremely reliable with timing. What began as one project expanded when we decided to add a sink installation, which required additional plumbing work and new piping for a gas dryer. Despite the added scope, he handled everything professionally and kept us informed every step of the way.

One of the things I appreciated most was that he took the time to walk us through the entire process, explain what was being done and why, and make sure we understood the work before moving forward. The quality of the workmanship, responsiveness, and attention to detail really stood out.

With so many positive reviews already, I’m happy to add another. We will absolutely be using him as our permanent go-to resource for plumbing, repairs, and other work throughout our home. Highly recommended!

Although I did not get a repair through this company they answered messages quickly and guided me what to look for when there was a leak in my house. Ultimately we found the leak but Era plumbing provided valuable info via messages and gave me great help. Maybe I will go with them for my next plumbing job

I had been experiencing several plumbing issues for months. After learning about Thumpback, I decided to utilize the service. Within minutes, multiple companies responded to my inquiry. I selected Era Plumbing & Heating LLC as they were the first to reply. Zaid arrived at my residence within 2 hours & fixed everything in less than 3 hours. I anticipated scheduling a future appointment, however the entire job was completed in 1 day. I plan to use Era and Thumbtack again for any future needs.
