- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different price packages so that each person can adjust to their budget and needs. If you refer me to three friends who hire my service, you get a mini free session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet my potential new clients I like to hear what their needs and ideas are, also to know what inspires them and how they imagine the final product. Then I encourage them to look at my portfolio, where they can see if my style is what they are looking for. In cases of events (birthdays, weddings, business) my clients get absolutely all their final images edited.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an filmmaker graduated from the University of Montevideo in 2015 (but I work in the industry since 2010) and I have done photography courses in Uruguay, Argentina and USA.
