- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For projects where clients would like design direction for their home or workspace, I will create a plan with rendering and options of items that the client can purchase at their own pace. For projects that require full service which includes design, planning, project management, shopping, etc I charge a design fee and a percentage of the total cost of goods and services. All services require a down payment before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a background in luxury fashion as a stylist and personal shopper. I've always had a strong relationship with how the creative design and flow of interiors make someone feel. I like to use a lot of the formulas that I've used in fashion to create my design plans such as layering, color palette, textures, and quality.
