Sam’s helping hands was my first experience using Thumbtack and I must say it was a great experience. I needed to return a few furniture pieces to the store. Tarik responded to all texts immediately and was very accommodating. He was sure to communicate that he was running a little late ( not really late because he was accommodating my last minute time change). I must say he was very personable and professional when he arrived at my house. He came in, got right to work. The plan was to meet at the store. By the time I arrived, furniture was already unloaded and at the front desk.
