I meet with the customer and assess the workload and start a friendly family like relationship. Every customer is important and we install n design everything to their liking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trade for 23 years and I have training and certification in carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and currently I am studying for my heat weld n flash cove certificate.
