Tarik was very friendly and helpful, from the first call to the last "have a good evening." After a very frustrating experience with a furniture store's delivery services, I decided to look elsewhere for help to get rid of my old couch, pick the new one up from the store, and assemble it in my house. Even after a long day and a long drive to my place, he and his assistant remained cheerful and professional and they were very efficient. I had several options of companies I could have gone with but I'm so glad I chose them. I will 100% use their services again the next time I need to!

Reached out to try and grab a great piece of furniture from Facebook marketplace- Sam’s helping hands delivered- they were able to do the pickup/ delivery same day, were great with communication AND the individual I bought the furniture from even made it a point to send a follow up message about how great the transaction went on their end. I will definitely be keeping them on speed dial as I prefer to buy 2nd hand but figuring out the logistics was always a concern.

Sam’s helping hands was my first experience using Thumbtack and I must say it was a great experience. I needed to return a few furniture pieces to the store. Tarik responded to all texts immediately and was very accommodating. He was sure to communicate that he was running a little late ( not really late because he was accommodating my last minute time change). I must say he was very personable and professional when he arrived at my house. He came in, got right to work. The plan was to meet at the store. By the time I arrived, furniture was already unloaded and at the front desk.
