- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the “cheapest guy” however my prices are more than competitive with my capabilities and such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It can go a few different ways, however I like to keep it old school, face to face site visits and chats and go from there. The new text era is an often convenient alternative which I’m not opposed to, in my efforts to keep up with todays tech.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Field experience - 20 years.
