It was a great and seamless transition. The team that were absolute professionals and sensitive to my dogs and cats and they feel that really knew what I wanted and the doors came out beautifully! I'm thinking of hiring them next year to redo my kitchen. Thank you, Bob, Tyler, and Matt!

Bob did a great job installing new kitchen sink and faucet. New sink was a little bigger than old one and Bob did a great job installing. I would definitely go back to Bob for future plumbing needs.

Bob , Did an excellent job on replacing our basement Bilco doors and resurfacing the cinder block underneath the doors. His team also did a great job replacing our front gutter. Bob was always in contact and his team has excellent work quality. Will use Quality Home Remedies for future home remodeling.

They came and estimated the cost the same day I contacted them and performed the repair the next day. While probably not a typical turn around time, it left me feeling like my job was as important as any other. The work was great. Stairs are more sturdy now than before they broke. Quality work, great people. Highly recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a "Flat Rate " company. We come out, identify the problem and give you the price. That's the price. If it takes us longer than expected to do the job, that will not come back on you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our customers like a long time friend. I like to get to know them and figure out what it is they need. Each customer is unique and has there own set of circumstances therefore dictating what there priorities are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been in the industry 5+ years, most exceeding this by far. We provide ongoing training on a regular basis through industry oriented classes, usually provided by the manufacturer of the brands we work with.
