Bob and his crew were excellent in doing my floor replacement. The job required removing my living room and dinning room floor in a 70+ old house from the top down. They installed all new piers beams and framing, encapsulated the crawl space, re-installed all utilities, and installed a new subfloor. They also sealed off the area to prevent dust from escaping into the rest of the house, removed stored and placed my furniture back when the job was finished. Bob kept me informed on progress and recommended repairs throughout the work. This was a complex project and was completed in good time with quality workmanship and at a fair price.

They came and estimated the cost the same day I contacted them and performed the repair the next day. While probably not a typical turn around time, it left me feeling like my job was as important as any other. The work was great. Stairs are more sturdy now than before they broke. Quality work, great people. Highly recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a "Flat Rate " company. We come out, identify the problem and give you the price. That's the price. If it takes us longer than expected to do the job, that will not come back on you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our customers like a long time friend. I like to get to know them and figure out what it is they need. Each customer is unique and has there own set of circumstances therefore dictating what there priorities are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been in the industry 5+ years, most exceeding this by far. We provide ongoing training on a regular basis through industry oriented classes, usually provided by the manufacturer of the brands we work with.
