I really enjoy doing home remodeling for many reasons. Its somethings I am very skilled in and love taking something old and turning it into something new and beautiful. I love the look on my customers faces when they finally get that home improvement they have always wanted and it is exactly how they expected it to be. I went to Camden County tech school and took up building trades and have been in home remodeling ever since then.

Bathroom tiles, fan install, door moulding, plaster walls, faucet install. Will contacted me within 24 hrs, met me at scheduled time. Quoted my job within 24 hrs. I hired wills home remodeling on the spot! He was friendly, knowledgeable , affordable, courteous. Cleaned up after every job and was focused. Will and John were exceptional! My husband and I took at shot at this website and read a few profiles but ultimately Will’s business caught our eye. Everything they promised they delivered on. Him and his brother worked for roughly 6 weeks to make our basement look great!

Will did an excellent job on the work in my half bathroom on the main floor. He had great attention to details, he tiled an accent wall, installed a new vanity and toilet and all the bathroom fixtures. Great communication, very punctual and great value for work. I would absolutely hire him again!! I love the way everything came out!! I've included some before and after pictures.

Will and his team were very nice, accommodating to scheduling and on the job requests. They painted my large deck and steps the same day the painted my kitchen cabinets and I'm very pleased with both jobs. After the paint dried when I asked them to come back to do a little touch up Will was promptly back the next day to ensure I was satisfied with the job. I definitely appreciated that and will absolutely be hiring them again asap.

Will did an amazing job on our bathroom. We had someone else do the tile work and it was terrible. Will came out and redid all the work and we couldn't be happier! He was honest and got the job done quickly. We were very pleased with his work. He cleanes up after himself everyday. He was reasonably priced. I would hire him in the future for other jobs. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends upon the type of work I am doing. Typically, I charge by the job rather than by the hour. I charge $3.75 per square foot for flooring and backsplashes. Also, I have a flat demo rate depending upon the size. I also haul all trash away with me, so you'll never have to worry about that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually communicate with customers by phone or email. We would set up a date and time for me to come out to take a look at the work that needs to be done. My estimates are always free. Then, I will explain everything that needs to be done step by step and what materials will be needed. I'll give a break down of materials needed, the cost of materials, and the cost of labor. I won't up-charge on materials and I will provide all receipts for materials purchased.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing remodeling for over 15 years total. For 7 of those years, I built homes with Ryan Homes. I also learned building trades when I went to CCVTS school.
