Keith responded to my request on here within an hour. He arrived at my house within a few hours. He was punctual and professional. Explained how he would evaluate my squirrels in the attic problem. He went up into the attic and checked all around, then went on the roof and checked all around. He quickly identified where they were getting in. They ate their way in Through the attic fan which had no cover. We hired him after having 2 other companies evaluate. He is by far the most reasonable and efficient. He quickly installed a cover over the fan with a one way door so they could only get out. The squirrels were gone within 2 days. He came back week later and double checked the attic. The squirrels were all gone. He exchanged the cover with the one way door for a permanent galvanized steel cover. He installed it securely. The squirrels will be get in that way again. I highly recommend Keith to fix your rodent problem.

I cannot recommend this Exterminator highly enough! Not only did he respond immediately, he took the time to listen to my very long and nearly frantic plea for help with a rat infestation in my condo complex, he explained his expertise in my specific situation and even allowed me to send him multiple photos to help support my request for service. He came to my property that same day, did an amazing and thorough inspection of the areas- not one other exterminator was willing to inspect the areas he did. His professional and focused demeanor helped me tremendously in being able to freely communicate about a very tough situation I was experiencing with a difficult HOA. He has been working with me for almost 2 months and his dedication to ethics in rodent remediation, not just rodent removal, is unmatched. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I reached out to this firm in the morning and received a response within an hour. They were able to come to our home the same day. They quickly identified the problem and removed the animal from our crawl space. They also did an inspection of our whole home to see where there were other potential areas where animals / pests could come in the future and provided a clear set of recommendations and estimated pricing.

Squirrels in my attic for the 2nd time in 5 months. Keith came out and diagnosed the problem area but also found other potential problem areas. He inspected the attic and had a good game plan for fixing all the other potential entry points. After completing the initial work to remove the squirrels by placing a one way exit at the entry point, they were gone within a day. After about 7 days, Keith returned on the day promised, removed the one way exit and patched the entry point. I noticed a squirrel inspecting the area and after realizing he was out of luck, he sat in the top of roof sulking (see pic). I highly recommend employing Keith’s services. He’s professional and personable. I have the utmost confidence in his work.
