I cannot recommend this Exterminator highly enough! Not only did he respond immediately, he took the time to listen to my very long and nearly frantic plea for help with a rat infestation in my condo complex, he explained his expertise in my specific situation and even allowed me to send him multiple photos to help support my request for service. He came to my property that same day, did an amazing and thorough inspection of the areas- not one other exterminator was willing to inspect the areas he did. His professional and focused demeanor helped me tremendously in being able to freely communicate about a very tough situation I was experiencing with a difficult HOA. He has been working with me for almost 2 months and his dedication to ethics in rodent remediation, not just rodentremoval, is unmatched. Highest praise and appreciation for this fantastic professional! SO grateful for the Thumbtack app — it has helped me find incredible service professionals who tackle complicated jobs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I reached out to this firm in the morning and received a response within an hour. They were able to come to our home the same day. They quickly identified the problem and removed the animal from our crawl space. They also did an inspection of our whole home to see where there were other potential areas where animals / pests could come in the future and provided a clear set of recommendations and estimated pricing.

Keith responded to my request on here within an hour. He arrived at my house within a few hours. He was punctual and professional. Explained how he would evaluate my squirrels in the attic problem. He went up into the attic and checked all around, then went on the roof and checked all around. He quickly identified where they were getting in. They ate their way in Through the attic fan which had no cover. We hired him after having 2 other companies evaluate. He is by far the most reasonable and efficient. He quickly installed a cover over the fan with a one way door so they could only get out. The squirrels were gone within 2 days. He came back week later and double checked the attic. The squirrels were all gone. He exchanged the cover with the one way door for a permanent galvanized steel cover. He installed it securely. The squirrels will be get in that way again. I highly recommend Keith to fix your rodent problem.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on in person inspection, it may vary depending on difficulty or severity of service, the length of the service and if there will need to be follow up appointments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer and get there story, possibly see some pictures. I would need to come and do an on site in person inspection, then I will give the quote and get the service started same day if possible. Payment is received on the day of the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing wildlife and rodent services for the last 5yrs. I am a certified wildlife control operator as well as a certified rodent control specialist.
