I am extremely disappointed in what I have to call lack of service. I called yesterday morning and set up an appointment for 9 am this morning after agreeing on a price over the phone for a deep cleaning. I received a message from the owner at 7:50am waking me up saying they can come a little after 9am. When asking what time he said noon which was far too late. Eventually we came to an agreement for them to come at an earlier time, yet they arrived late. Once the girls started the job they messaged their boss who then tried to raise the price by $60 because the apartment was dusty. When expressing my displeasure in the lack of professionalism they walked off the job.
This company is unprofessional price gougers. I would never hire them again.
