My pricing is clear and based on the specific needs of each project. I always provide a transparent estimate before starting any work, so you know exactly what to expect. Factors such as the size of the home and the level of cleaning required can influence the price. I charge an additional fee for the deep cleaning, as this service requires more time and attention. Additionally, I charge an extra percentage for any additional cleaning services that are not included in the standard service. I always make sure to discuss all details upfront to ensure there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my typical process starts with a conversation to understand their specific needs and expectations. I ask questions about the size of the home, areas that need extra attention, and the type of cleaning they are looking for (deep cleaning, regular maintenance, etc.). After that, I provide a customized plan and a transparent estimate of the time and cost involved. On the day of the service, I make sure to arrive on time, prepared to perform the work efficiently. My goal is to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the result.

While I don’t have formal education in cleaning, I’ve gained valuable experience over the past 6+ years by working hands-on in a variety of homes. I also stay updated by following industry tips and best practices from trusted professionals. Every job has taught me something new, and I’m always looking for ways to improve and provide the best service possible.
