Will was very responsive and worked proactively to schedule a time; he not only recommended suitable products to purchase and mounted my tv in a neat manner, but also provided feedback on what other work he could do around the house. I hired them for a variety of tasks: Assemblying outdoor patio furniture, repairing a a hinge on a entertainment cabinet, installing a big heavy laudryroom self, repairing and ordering new parts for a storm door, drilling additional holes for shelves in a previously constructed built-in wall unit in my dining room. They fixed everything to perfection, and ordered any new parts that were required. Showed up on time and responsive. Will be using them in the future. Definitely more than a locksmith.

My service fee is $150 for the 1st hour and $75 for each additional hour. We offer discounts for new and longtime customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to understand what they want done. Once I do, I ask the questions I feel are necessary. Then we can move on to talking about parts and availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a locksmith since 2005. In that time I have experienced many different situations and have learned quite a lot.
