Will was so great! My project was more complicated than expected because the door track being repaired was more broken than I knew and he came back with a part the following day to finish. I felt like he went above and beyond to get it done and I can’t say enough how much I appreciated that!

Will was very responsive and worked proactively to schedule a time; he not only recommended suitable products to purchase and mounted my tv in a neat manner, but also provided feedback on what other work he could do around the house. My service fee is $150 for the 1st hour and $75 for each additional hour. We offer discounts for new and longtime customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to understand what they want done. Once I do, I ask the questions I feel are necessary. Then we can move on to talking about parts and availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a locksmith since 2005. In that time I have experienced many different situations and have learned quite a lot.
