- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge more than other providers on thumbtack. I provide a more value added service identifying tax savings and providing faster response time than most. Bookkeeping monthly rates are usually determined by the amount of monthly transactions and the number of bank/credit card accounts required to be reconciled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client, I like to review the prior year tax returns to understand what is involved to provide a firm estimate for my services and to see if there are any tax savings that I can identify.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain my NYS CPA license by completing the annual required education credits which is mandated by New York State.
