- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat-rate and based on event size, service time, and the level of customization requested. Packages start at a base rate, with optional add-ons available to enhance the bar experience. Gratuity is not included unless a tip jar is not permitted by the venue, in which case a standard service gratuity is added. There are no hidden fees. All pricing is clearly outlined upfront before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client reaches out, I start by confirming event details such as date, location, guest count, and service time. From there, I recommend a package and any add-ons that best fit the event. After details are finalized, a deposit secures the date, and I provide bar planning support, including cocktail selections and alcohol shopping guidance. Final confirmation happens prior to the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TIPS Certified and a former TIPS instructor, which means I’m trained not only in responsible alcohol service but also in teaching and enforcing best practices for safety and compliance. In addition to my formal certification, I have hands-on experience bartending private events and high-volume functions, with a strong focus on guest experience, efficiency, and professionalism.
