We were married three weeks ago and had Sage Cuisine cater our wedding reception- they were phenomenal for us! They created a fantastic custom menu for us that blended both of our cultures (traditional American and Indian) into the dishes and did a great job of fusing both styles and tastes into the food. Both our families and friends thought the food was terrific and had nothing but praise for Chef Brian and Chef Michael. As great as the food was however, the service and effort provided by Chef Brian, Chef Michael, and the entire Sage Cuisine staff went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Chef Brian and Chef Michael really came through for us in terms of overcoming unforeseen challenges with the venue and providing excellent service that really made our lives easier not just on our wedding day but also during the final few weeks leading up to it. Sage Cuisine not only took care of our food menu, but also provided us with a great bartender and custom drink ideas, as well as taking care of the linen rentals for our tables. And even more impressive, they consistently worked with us to stay within our budget. This review may come off as too good to be true, but the service we received from Sage Cuisine far exceeded any of our expectations. We couldn't have found a better caterer to fit our needs and costs. Chef Brian, Chef Michael, and their staff really helped to make our not only special, but much easier as well. If you are looking for a caterer for any type of event, not just a wedding, we highly recommend taking the time to speak and sit down with them, you will not regret it!

Chef Brian offers exceptional service- We engaged him for our wedding and he handled the expected and unexpected well. He accommodated a custom and diverse menu including regional and ethnic foods, which the guests raved about. His staff was good overall, but our experience with Brian was simply outstanding throughout planning and execution.

Chef Brian and crew did a fantastic job for our 30th year HS reunion. They came on time and were well organized. Took a pole from the organizational committee and all replied as 'delicious'! The appetizer and buffet offerings were well thought out and unique . I would highly recommend Sage Cuisine for any of your catering needs.

Chef Brian has been incredible to work with and extremely professional and courteous! He is very patient and I changed the menu like 10 times!! He is very willing to work with you and with your budget!! I haven't had my event yet but would highly recommend him because he has been so wonderful in the planning process! He also responds within the same day to all of my emails! Will be writing another review after the event as well!

Professional, super reliable and very friendly service (both the chefs and the servers at the event). I engaged Sage to cater a BBQ for 50 people and they did an amazing job. The menu was first rate and my guests raved over all of it, especially the brisket, jicama salad, cornbread and sausage/onions/peppers. I would definitely use them again.
