JLA sent Roxanna to clean our place. She showed up 10 minutes early. She was polite and courteous and did an excellent job. She brought her own supplies. Before she left, she asked us to confirm if we needed anything else. I asked her to clean two more details and she was quick to take care of it.
I also appreciated that Jose followed up to make sure we were satisfied and that everything went well.
We will definitely hire JLA again.

From the initial communication to the completion of the job, I am so happy with the service we got (and for a very reasonable price). She cleaned things I hadn't even noticed needed cleaning. This was a great job and we will be using this service regularly.

Our cleaner arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. Speedy too - in and out in less than 2.5 hours for an 850 sq ft apartment.
