*Beware* I experienced water damage in my basement and reached out to this company for an estimate. I decided to use this company based on the work that we discussed and also the pictures I seen on thumbtack. Let me start off by saying the end result was good but it wasn’t worth the hassle. Nothing went according to the contract. I went through my insurance company and contractor (Quan) insisted on starting before I received my insurance check, stating he would cover the cost. He brought some supplies( sheet rock, speckle, etc.) but the majority I purchased with My money. Then their was the payment issue, he will only except Cash or Money Wire. Since I wasn’t giving him cash or spending an extra $30 on money wire, I recommend Zelle. When it came time for final payment his numbers was off because he didn’t buy the supplies, I did. Then he gives me a print out of what was supposed to be a credit from Home Depot on the materials I purchased, that he returned to store. Since I didn’t add the “credit” to final payment, he then texted me for Days asking about this money, I told him No credit was added to my account. PLUS he didn’t complete all the work in the contract. Added pic of unfinished work

They over delivered on my Resin Epoxy floors for my new shop!
