They did a great job with my Project. Which was to Demo & Make my basement a open concept by relocating the stairs , Water heater & boiler . Also to waterproof the walls and Epoxy the floor for full waterproof support . I needed the space to be dry and bug free and ample space . Really good work and quality products .

MDRN was a blessing start to finish. They Not only Helped me Get a great Fix & Flip they built it 100% start to finish! I couldn't be more happy and grateful. We completed this project in just over a hear time and all projects has set backs its about how they handled them and still go us to the finish line. So when you book contractors dont think that issues wont arise its about the road yall take together to overcome them. That leads to a great project and solid relationship. Were on to the next build now. Ill update yall on that one as well.

This team took my dads old house from the worse to the best house on the block. we didnt think it would look even this good. Will for sure use them again .
