Introduction
When I’m not helping homeowners cross things off their to-do list, I run maintenance operations for the North Jersey region of a major national chain of convenience stores. Prior to that, I served as Offsite Superintendent for a 205 Apartment complex in northern New Jersey.
Suffice it to say, there aren’t too many repairs or projects I haven’t run across. If ever you have have a project that I’m not comfortable completing or I don’t have the expertise to complete, I’ll be happy to refer you to someone in the area.

Federico replaced and installed a number of light fixtures in my house as well as a few other smaller jobs. He is extremely professional and everything that he does is high quality work. He is very respectful and makes sure that everything is clean and looks the way it did before he started the work. I wouldn't hesitate to have Federico do any work in my home.

Federico was excellent and I would highly recommend him. He completely removed the squeaky noise from my wooden steps. This process involved not just him, but also the carpet installer who had to remove the carpet that had recently been installed so Federico could get to the source of the problem. I now have him in my rolodex of contacts because I will definitely be using his services again. Job well done Federico!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Frederico. I had a plumber make a hole in my kitchen ceiling on Friday. Frederico agreed to come first thing Monday morning to fix the hole. He was prompt, professional, and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I would highly recommend him.
