I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The team was very professional and their work displays that. In addition, the work was completed in a timely fashion. I will be using this team again in the near future! Description of work: 1.Remodeling of exterior fascia 2. Exterior hand rail installation 3.Demolition of attic/ design new master bedroom with bathroom. 4. Refinish original wood flooring 5. Installation of bamboo flooring 6. Installation of sump pump 7. Installation of vinyl/ wood fence 8. Installation of new gas furnace 9. Electrical panel upgrade 10. Paving stone installation

We were always reluctant and a bit scared to do major projects on the house. Always wondered how to trust a contractor! Well Emerson and his team took care of us from start to finish. Emerson gave me a fair quote and a timeline and stuck to both! The finished products on two renovated bathrooms are more than we could have hoped for. We never felt apprehensive about Emerson and the crew being in the house when we were at work and they kept everything neat and tidy. If there was something we didn't feel was right, Emerson fixed it. He also managed to do a few other odds and ends that needed fixing. I recommend Emerson as highly as anyone can be recommended.

I have been doing this for 15 years so our prices are based on quality. We use high quality materials but get most of our business from word of mouth so we don't spend a lot on marketing which allows for a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen. It's important to know what the customer wants and I will give my professional opinion when needed so we can provide the desired outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always worked in the service industry from restaurants to construction and I apply the many years of experience with customers so I can provide the best service. Many of my positions were in management , business administration, and project management.
