Snowed twice this year. Neither time was our driveway cleared of snow and salted, the only two tasks we paid $330 to have completed. Snowfall #1, the owner did not come to our house until early evening. We had to text repeatedly to get a response and eventually have the work completed. Snowfall #2, the owner did not clear our driveway or contact us. When we contacted him, he said he’d be by later in the day. At 830pm, he informed us he won’t complete the contracted work, leaving us to shovel in the dark. Very unprofessional. Doesn’t take calls or answer texts, and doesn’t do the actual work. Just collects money. Complete scam.

Very responsive and was punctual for our 1st meeting. We agreed to his advertised weekly visit and I paid for the month. He didn’t come for the 2nd time till 2 weeks later after repeatedly saying he’d be here to next day. After that 2nd visit he never came back

thanks for the review, im sorry that u felt that way, u hired me for maintenance which I did, 3 times, ur right I didn't come 4 there was no need everything was sprayed and clean, the 4th time I drove by there was no need to stop. but anyway I'm so very sorry if u would like a refund I will send u one no problem.
