I'm writing to thank the 3 gentlemen who always come to cut my lawn bi-weekly (special thanks to the one who drives the truck and makes sure the team does a good job before they leave). He's encouraged me to let him know if there is anything I need them to address while they are here. Today, he let me know they will be spraying the pesticide after cutting the lawn and bagging the leaves. Once completed, he rang the doorbell to let me know they were done. I took a look around and I'm very pleased. I look forward to seeing them in 2 weeks. Thank you for spraying the lawn and for the continuous professionalism you always exemplify when you visit my property. Sorry, I forgot your name.
