- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer Zoom sessions to discuss business and marketing strategy. The way that works is I send you a questionnaire to focus on a couple of main topics to discuss. You fill it out and return it to me so I can then analyze what you want, what you currently have, and opportunities. This allows us to get the most out of the session. From there, we discuss the initial recommendations on a 60-minute one-on-one Zoom call. That's also your time to pick my brain! I will then take all of this information and create a custom report for you. You'll get information tailored to your questions with my recommendations. My fee for this is $400. On-Going Support / Monthly Retainer Monthly retainers are great when you know you have a lot of different projects you need help with. We do not force you into a year-long commitment like most other agencies. You can be month-to-month and cancel anytime with a 30-day written notice. Per Project / Hourly Rate Option Not sure how long you will need our services or just have one or two projects for us? No worries, we offer hourly rate options as well. The hourly rate is based on your specific project needs. We will perform an assessment and send you an estimate of hours and the rate for your project. Need more hours? Need fewer hours? Let us know! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To best achieve your marketing goals, we'll need to deep dive about your current situation, what you are looking to achieve, and your timeline. From there, you send us the projects and any assets needed to complete the tasks, and we get started! We collaborate with you regularly on each project to make sure we understand the requirements and deliverables. We then begin to implement, construct, and complete your project(s) and send you the deliverables for feedback and approval. All work is carefully tracked in our project management tool with time tracking software, so you know how much time is being spent and where. Operating your company is important to you, operating it efficiently and effectively is always better. Don’t attempt to do marketing on your own if it is not your love, passion, or even slightest interest…Let us help you! We perform a wide variety of marketing, design, and activities to help you improve your marketing efforts with a quality ‘go-to’ backend implementation team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have a legal background before starting my Marketing degree, so that has helped me craft language, dig into research, and be more analytical in my marketing. I keep up to date in the field with regular webinars, professional networking organizations, read reports and keep myself informed of the trends.
