- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get more information and discuss the project. I ask questions. We discuss the scope. If there's a good fit for us, we'll book next available appointment. Communication can take form of a email, text or a phone call. I have flexible hours including nights can accommodate the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Computer Engineering degree @ CUNY in 1985. However, my degree doesn't relate to the work today. I was trained and certified in the industry experience over 25 years working for Companies like Banctec and Bank of New Mellon . I was field Tech engineer at Banctec for 5 years. At BNY Mellon, I was an IT specialist VP of Technology Services group for 25 years. I was trained in ITIL certification, HP, Dell servers and administration and real live industry experience. I supported 1000's of end-users. I was promoted to VP. Now, I have my own business with the knowledge and experience I bring to the table. I done a lot of projects over the years and proud of it. Most importantly, proud of finding best solution to a problem.
