Security Direct installed our security system in 2003 and has provided excellent service throughout the years. Not easy when working on a 112 year old house with three upper floors, a full basement and a detached garage. Frank Berman and his 24/7 team have always been courteous, responsive, and prompt.We recently replaced several old windows and, consequently, contacted Security Direct to update the entire security system. Within a day or two, Frank had come, looked over the system, and provided recommendations and quotes. He was ready to go as soon as the new windows were installed and promptly installed a new security system.The old system protected us well.
