Employee arrived on time and got the service done rather quickly. I was having issues with the pool being cloudy , due to the chemicals I used in the past. He taught me how to better care for my pool & gave helpful tips on daily maintenance.

Okay so we hired his services to fix new pool liner and maintain the pool twice monthly. He agreed, showed up and did the liner, we paid for water to be filed up in the pool. Few days later the pump wasn’t working, we bought a replacement and he said he’ll come fix in two days, that became three, then four, he kept saying he’ll come by but never showed up. Water turned green and mosquitoes started breeding in it. He kept promising he’ll come with the chemicals to fix it up but no show. Few weeks later my husband emptied the green water, only to notice the liner he “fixed” (picture attached” was already coming off and it was barely a month since fixed. Also there was a leak on the bottom of the pool so all the water we paid for was leaking into the soil. We didn’t even use the pool for a single day, waste of money and time. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
