- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mosquito Shield of Southern NJ offers seasonal mosquito, tick, perimeter, and spotted lanternfly services. We don't require contracts and our satisfaction guarantee means that - if you are not satisfied - we will come back out to re-treat your property at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied, you can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the season. We offer paid-in-full discounts, bundle discounts, "summer special" pricing, and pro-rated pricing later in the season. There are no hidden fees - just the per-season price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our fully-staffed office will walk through our services with you and get signed up (or you can sign-up online), learn a little bit about your property. After that, our technician will arrive as soon as the same day to provide your initial treatment and can walk your property with you if you would like to learn more about how you use your outdoors spaces and review any areas of concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners, management, and technicians are licensed by the NJ State DEP for the types of pest control that they do. Our team also goes through continuing education, training, and observation to ensure they are treating properties using the best equipment and techniques.
