Valery gave me direction and exercises to look at the chess board in a different way. After one lesson I was able to get some techniques to improve my vision of the board and I feel like I’m already improving. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Valery Filippov as a chess tutor. Over the past five weeks of weekly meetings, he has completely transformed the way I see the board and make moves. His ability to simplify complex positions and recognize the intentions of the opponent has been invaluable in helping me understand and improve my game. Whether you are looking to jump from beginner to intermediate, as I am, or to advance from intermediate to advanced, Valery is more than capable of providing the guidance and expertise needed to help you reach your goals.
