Excellent! We were struggling to find professional workers to fix our pool, no one was either responding, available, or had the the material needed to fix the pool (liner). I only reached out to this company once (late at night), they replied right away. We got the estimate and within a few days our pool is now up and running perfectly. We needed a lot of help and guidance since this is our first pool and they took the time to explain every single detail related to the pool, maintenance, and suggested what items to get moving forward considering cost and value. We are so pleased with their service and since now we know that they are not limited to pool related services we will not hesitate to contact them for anything we need related to the house before any one else!!

We recently renovated our kitchen and living space through Custom Concepts. Working with Cesar, Shariff, and Miguel was an absolute pleasure. Cesar would be at the house on the dot at 8:30 every morning to start working and we would spend a few minutes chatting about what they planned to do that day. They would update us at the beginning of each day and at the end of each day before they left as to what was done. Our biggest fear getting into this project was nightmare stories we had heard about contractors changing the budget, asking for more money, leaving mid project but with these guys we experience NONE of those things. They were courteous, on time, generous, and respectful. They really understood what we were trying to accomplish in the space and never complained if we changed our mind or added on something extra to the project that was not in the contract originally. Their attention to detail was admirable and they put so much thought and effort into our project. We felt like our house was cared for and in good hands. They cleaned up the space at the end of each work day and were very respectful of the fact that we were living in the house through the project. Most importantly they stuck to our original budget for the work that was part of the original contract. They continued to ensure that everything was working fine for us even after the project was done! We had a little issue w/our dishwasher and Shariff followed up with us till the problem was fixed, even offered to make a trip out to the house if there was something to be done after talking to the dishwasher company. We could not recommend them more and will definitely be contacting them again if we decide to do any other projects in the house!

The Custom Concepts team provided excellent work. They really cared about the quality of their work and went above and beyond to make sure all areas were addressed. Every small detail was taken care of. They were willing to work with me on the budget, which was really important to me. I am really excited to have found them through this app as my previous contractor moved to Florida. I will certainly call them again for future projects. They have a client in me for life. Cesar and the crew came saw and conquered my basement. Cesar spent a lot of time visualizing and talking with me during the consultation about what I wanted and what he could do. Custom Concepts nailed it and made me aware of some unforseen issues that they quickly remediated. All the while making sure to please and made the best use of the space downstairs. Everyone loves the completed job and I will absolutely have them back for projects.
