I must say that Steve is the best tuner so far and after all these years tuning with different tuners , my baby grand piano doesn’t sound as good as the original condition from the piano store. I was missing that tone so much that none of the piano tuners in the past could fix it but after almost 1 hr and 20 mins of tuning, Steve makes it sound very good like the original tune which is not too loud and the tune is very even and soft. If you want your piano sounds excellent, he is the one to book. You won’t be disappointed. I will definitely call him again for the next tuning.
