I connected with Steve on the thumbtack app. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time. He tuned my Yamaha baby grand which is 30 years old and it was quite out of tune. He did an absolutely fabulous job, the piano hasn't sounded this good in years. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use him again.
