Kapture Pest Control is a very efficient and effective company. John is on top of every aspect of his organization, hands-on and very accommodating. We called on a Sunday afternoon regarding a bee invasion in our family room fireplace and received a return call within an hour. The technician arrived the next day. He assessed the area and applied a dusting powder at the entrance source, it slowed them down, I called John a few days later and he sent his Tech for a second visit - and armed with spray and dust he was able to get behind the brick and eliminate the nest.We are bee free now!Thank you Kapture

We focus on the value of the service we give to you and your home. We're not aiming to be the cheapest company out there, but we do aim to be very responsive even after you initially hire us. We don't want anyone to feel abandoned after the initial service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick and easy process: 1. Call 2. Schedule a time to have your services performed. (If you call before noon we can get you serviced the same day!) 3. Schedule
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are highly trained and pest control licensed. However, successful pest control requires also communication. We try to really listen to the homeowner, and understand how pests are impacting their way of life. We service a small area and so know which neighborhoods are having which issues. We know why the pests are there in the first place. That helps us determine the most effective treatment methods to get rid of them, and make sure they never come back.
