- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on the value of the service we give to you and your home. We're not aiming to be the cheapest company out there, but we do aim to be very responsive even after you initially hire us. We don't want anyone to feel abandoned after the initial service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick and easy process: 1. Call 2. Schedule a time to have your services performed. (If you call before noon we can get you serviced the same day!) 3. Schedule
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are highly trained and pest control licensed. However, successful pest control requires also communication. We try to really listen to the homeowner, and understand how pests are impacting their way of life. We service a small area and so know which neighborhoods are having which issues. We know why the pests are there in the first place. That helps us determine the most effective treatment methods to get rid of them, and make sure they never come back.
