Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the size, condition, and type of service requested. We offer flat-rate pricing for most residential cleanings and provide custom quotes for larger or commercial jobs. There are no hidden fees. Discounts are available for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we occasionally run promotions for new customers or referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short intake process, either online or over the phone, to understand your needs, property size, and service preferences. After providing a quote, we schedule your cleaning and confirm access instructions. Following the cleaning, we check in for feedback to ensure satisfaction and make note of any special requests for future visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained using Sterling Pro Solutions’ internal SOPs and quality standards. We focus on safe chemical use, proper cleaning techniques, time management, and professional client communication. Each cleaner undergoes a multi-day onboarding and must pass quality inspections before working independently.
