Cheryl Tedesco instrumental music teacher

Hi, I'm Cheryl and I teach music lessons at my home and remotely in Morris County, New Jersey for cello, violin, viola, guitar and piano to students of all ages and levels. Lessons are 30 minutes and I offer a flexible schedule and pricing based on the length of the lesson and your level of experience. Make music a career and/or learn to play music of different styles and cultures that you enjoy. Students are required to have their own instruments and music books and I can assist them in finding the right instrument to rent or buy. I love teaching and sharing music with my students, giving them the skills and knowledge that allow them to play well and express their feelings through the music they enjoy. I teach music of various styles and cultures, music theory, and how to read and notate music, and play a musical instrument as well learning about the history of which the music originated. I began playing an instrument while I was attending elementary school and continued to get my Bachelor of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music and my Masters of Music degree in performance and education from New Jersey City University where I was a graduate assistant. I've played as a professional musician for broadway musicals, symphonies, operas, churches, as well as jazz and folk music and I have been teaching music for more than 30 years.
