- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 30.00 for a half hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce them to their instrument by telling them something about it, how to hold it and take care of it. I ask about their experience with music and what they are looking to learn and the style of music they enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Manhattan School of Music Bachelor of Music degree in performance in1977. I am a graduate of New Jersey City University with a Master of Arts degree in 1990. I have a NJ Standards Vocal/Instrumental Music Teaching Certificate K-12. I have been teaching private music lessons 1967-2019 I taught vocal music at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament School in Newark,NJ. I taught vocal music in Nicholas Copernicus School and school 25 in Jersey City,NJ grades K-8 I have taught strings in Kearny,NJ at Roosevelt school,SchyuIer school and Franklin school. I have recommendations from all of these schools. I taught at Columbia High School in South Orange/Maplewood as music director and string teacher I played cello at the Papermill Playhouse in the orchestra for six years I played cello with the NJ Pops Orchestra I play cello with the Livingston Symphony Orchestra I play cello with SOMA I also play cello with the Montclair Orchestra
