The only positive factor is that they were able to come on the same day. I explained the whole issue (as we had the same problem before). They told me that they need a lot of different additional things to be done to resolve it … and then when I agreed on the ridiculously high price, they were done in 10 min! So, for the same service that I paid $90 last time to another company, this time I had to pay to them $370!!! (In and out, he was ‘busy’ with our issue for just 40 min). No parts needed to be replaced …. So this price is just outrageous, total rip-off! My own fault - I should have just never accepted such price!
