Our dryer stopped heating up. He responded immediately on a Saurday. Gave us a 1 hour window to arrive and was there on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running. It wasn't inexpensive, however, it was reasonable considering a Saturday callout. I highly recommend him.
