Jerry and his crew cleaned my gutters.......and fixed a downspout which had been damaged by our dog. They responding quickly......and were very efficient. Clear and easy to understand quote was provided before the job. Will definitely use again.

This has to be the best experience I have had with any contractor. Not only was Monteverde responsive, punctual, excellent work, and provided excellent customer service. If anyone is thinking of getting gutter work done in their home, don't look any further then Jerry at Monteverde Gutters. A+

Scheduling was easy, Jennifer is easy to work with. Jerry and crew showed up ahead of time and cleaned the gutters on a hot day. They were professional and accommodating. They suggested fixes for couple of troubled spots.

Honest and professional. I had another company clean my gutters and tell me my gutters were in need of repair. I decided to post my project on thumbtack. Monteverde Gutters came to give a free estimate within a matter of hours. They checked my whole house and told me there was no need for repairs. I told them I had an issue with my basement flooding and they added an elbow to my gutters for free. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend you do the same!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer service maintenance plans which could save our customer up to 15 percent depending on how many times you would like your gutters cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When our customer request a gutter cleaning quote we would need the following information in order to give them an exact price. We will need to know their address, roof type, gutter guards and which type of gutter guards (Screens, Gutter helmets, waterfall or any other solid covers). For installation and repair estimates our Technician will send the quote via email if the customer is not available.
