To be honest my outdoor staircase was in bad shape. After years of putting rock salt and poor weather, it had deteriorated. The thought of getting a whole new staircase in this economy made me nervous. After speaking with Nick - he gave me a few options and routes to take to restore it and I felt confident that he would tackle this job. He was reasonable and worked within my budget.
